The hotel had an efficient business location right by El Corte Ingles Goya. Rich breakfasts with healthy options and real champagne, for example, everyone could try something new. The staff was well-trained and genuinely helpful, everything was very good.

The bathroom is spacious and very comfortable, especially the shower. The bed too, along with the pillows, are quite comfortable.
I didn't like the fact that they didn't clean/change the coffee cups I had used the day before. It could have been an oversight, cups were placed in their tray properly, dirty and with coffee residue. As for the TV, there was an occasional child protection notice. I understand that this may have been done or requested by the previous client. I was watching the same program for more than 30 minutes, after a few minutes this protection system jumped on the screen (i. e. it was not a catalogued program not recommended for children) and I could not continue watching it. TV thing is a minor detail, in order to seek excellence, you must check in the room that the TV is always reset with each client.
